1. What products do you offer?

We specialize in premium bedding sheets and stylish curtains designed to bring comfort, elegance, and functionality to your home.


2. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the near future!


3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.


4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.


5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right quickly.


6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us directly.


7. How should I care for my bedding and curtains?

Most of our products are machine washable. Specific care instructions can be found on each product’s label and on the product page.


8. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
